We run your errands the way you do, and deliver to your door (or a place of your choice).

What is your hours of operation?
From 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
How much do you charge?
Within 3km of Wentworth Point, we charge a service fee of $6 per trip or errand. Beyond this we charge an extra $2 for every additional km travelled.
If we incur additional expenses (i.e. grocery shopping expenses) on your behalf, we will recoup this from you on delivery. We will provide you with original invoices or receipts.
How do I pay you?
We accept cash payments or bank transfers on completion of your errand OR on delivery.

What is your returns & refunds policy?
We will always give you the original invoice so you can take it up with the retailer.

Our service fee is only charged on completion of the task or delivery of items, after you have checked everything, therefore we do not refund service fees.
What if problems arise during the trip?
We will let you know ASAP if problems arise during the trip. You can also help us get prepared by sending detailed instructions upfront.
Is there anything you don't do?
We do not engage in illegal activities. We reserve the right to take necessary precautions OR refuse a task or errand if we are uncomfortable with it.
Other than that we always welcome you to discuss your requirements with us and work out an arrangement wherever possible.
Why Wentworth Point?
We are locals.
We started this project because we also have these needs. Leading a busy life means sometimes you just have to find someone to help. So we decided to become this ‘someone’ ourselves.
We know the area well so it’s only natural for us to start here. We are happy to travel far and beyond too if you need us to. We can always work something out.
